Refund policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refund requests. We also do not pay for return shipping labels.

We only accept a cancellation within 1 hour after the order was placed.

We don't offer refunds for lost packages, stolen packages, parcels delivered to the wrong address (unless we misspelled your address which is highly unlikely as your address is automatically transferred onto the label.) You will have to contact your local postal service to resolve the issue. If you need any details from us, we are happy to assist you. Please note you can ask for a higher insurance on your package (that covers the full value of your order, as the standard one is up to 100CAD and up to 300CAD for US only). for an extra shipping fee. For US customers 300CAD is the maximum insurance coverage.
