Shipping policy

Please always keep an eye on your tracking information. We do not have any control over what happens after we ship your parcel, especially when the parcel leaves Canada. We do not take any responsibility for what happens during the delivery process (loss of parcel, customs issues, stolen packages, etc.). We always provide you with a tracking number and it is in your hands to contact your country's authorities/ sorting facilities/ post offices if there a problem with the delivery process. If you need any information from our side and assistance, please send us a message. 

Insurance: You will get a standard 100CAD insurance on the value of your package. If you would like to add more or get a full coverage, please reach out to us before the package has been marked as 'completed' or 'shipped' as we will need to charge you extra. US orders have up to 300CAD insurance. This does NOT apply to packages with a tracking status showing 'delivered'. 

Tracking shows 'delivered' but you have not received your package: Once an order has been scanned as 'Delivered' by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, the item is considered successfully delivered. At this point, we can no longer open a claim for further investigation.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it:
1. Please check around your property, with neighbors, or other household members.
2. Sometimes carriers prematurely mark items as delivered or an error has occurred. The package will still show up on the next business day.
3. We recommend contacting the postal service immediately. Visit or call your post office. They can often provide GPS coordinates of the delivery location or initiate a search. 

If you suspect your area is prone to stolen packages, please set up a secure pickup point instead and use that as your shipping address. We can not control what happens during the shipping/delivery process and do not offer refunds.

Incorrect shipping address: Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you have made a mistake in your shipping address. Once your order is marked as 'shipped' and your order was picked up by the Postal Service, we cannot change the address anymore. If we notice an error in your address or a missing part, we will notify you immediately and repeatedly. If we do not hear from you by the date stated in those messages, we will cancel your order. 

Packages not picked up on time/unclaimed/refused/wrong address provided and returned to sender: 

Packages will be returned to us if they are undeliverable/refused/unclaimed. We will contact you as soon as we receive your package back. When we receive the package back you will have the option to:

    • Ship the package again. You will have to pay for the shipping (and brokage fee for US packages) again.
    • Get the price of the item refunded. We cannot refund the shipping price as that money has been used to ship your items.
    • If we don't hear back from you by the stated timeframe in our message, we will choose to refund you the item price. The item can then no longer be shipped to you.

Buyers from EU - please be prepared to pay customs duties/import tax and a flat rate customs duty with possible handling fee (especially after July 1st). Please check your country/EU law if you are concerned about an extra charge upon delivery. Make sure you add a correct phone number to your order and you keep an eye on your tracking number.
